Terms and Conditions for IT Hosting Services

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of IT hosting services, including email hosting, web hosting, DNS management, and SSL certificate management (“Services”) provided by the (“Company”) to its clients (“Client”).

1. Services Provided

  • Company will provide Services as specified in the Service Agreement, subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Service Availability and Performance

  • Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted access to the Services, subject to maintenance, updates, and events beyond Company’s control (e.g., network outages).
  • Service availability may be affected by third-party providers and infrastructure. The Company will not be liable for downtime caused by third-party vendors or issues outside its control.

3. Service Term and Renewals

  • Services are provided on a subscription basis, with terms and payment periods as agreed upon in the Service Agreement.
  • Renewal of Services will be automatic unless written cancellation notice is received before the end of the current billing period.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Payment for Services is due at the beginning of each billing cycle as specified in the Service Agreement.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination if the Client fails to remit payment within 30 Days of the due date.

5. No Refunds Policy

  • No Refunds for Partial Periods: The Company does not issue refunds for any partial billing period if the Client cancels Services before the end of a billing period. Services will continue until the end of the current term, after which they will terminate.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client is responsible for providing accurate information and updating the Company regarding any changes.
  • The Client must use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Any data stored or transmitted via the Services is the responsibility of the Client. Company is not liable for loss or damage to Client data.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Company’s liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the Services during the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Service Suspension and Termination

  • Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for any breach of these Terms or if the Client uses the Services in any way that could harm Company’s network, systems, or reputation.
  • Upon termination, access to the Services will be removed, and all data associated with the Services may be deleted.

9. Amendments to Terms

Company may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes and continued use of the Services will indicate acceptance of the modified Terms.
